in competing, losing weight, or just want to get

need is a teacher who has been there and experienced

Beginner Fitness Routine
Package
Includes a fitness routine choreographed by Jenny for
first year competitors. All mandatory moves will be included
and new exciting moves will be taught to fit the style
and ability of the competitor. New stretches, strength
moves, and ways to train for routines will also be included.
There will also be time spent on routine outfit ideas
to ensure routines and outfits flow together. Sessions
last between 4-8 hours. Please contact

Intermediate Fitness Routine
Package
Includes a fitness routine choreographed by Jenny for
competitors with at least one year of experience and who
are looking for new ideas to make their routines more
dazzling. New moves can be taught if needed and insight
will be included to make the individual more competitive
on the National or IFBB level. Sessions last between 2-6
hours. Please contact

Package
Includes time spent with Jenny revamping an old routine
or taking a new routine and adding transitions, new ideas,

spend time designing routine music to fit a competitor's
needs. Each individual's music is created to bring out
the girl's personality, strengths, and competitive side.
