Its almost Arnold Classic time again. This will be my 8th year competing. Yes, I said "8th"! I plan on doing my best and thats all I can do. I will also be having a booth at the Expo for Phat Camp so make sure you come by and visit my PC staff and I when you get a chance. I will also be hosting the fitness Fashion Show on Sunday in the expo hall at the convention center. I hope at some point I will get to see everyone.

her camp "OFF" (Overcome Fitness Fears) starting this June. The camp
is completely different, it is not in competiton with Phat Camp but in Partnership
with Phat Camp. There will be 6 stops onAdelas Tour in 2007 and very limited
space at each. The PC unit will also be taking part in helping Adela launch
her successful weekend.
