Heidi Fletcher
Heidi Fletcher was in a rut and needed to get noticed above the
rest. Its obvious she is beautiful and talented but she was getting
lost in the mix. "How can we make her stand out".
Well focusing on her diet and changing up her routine from the
NPC USA's.
Heidi emailed Jen and suggested Jessica Simpson's Dukes of Hazzard
as a theme for her routine, Jen loved the idea for Heidi and used
her creativity to make it unique above the rest. Heidi captured
the #1 spot. At 2005 Atlanta NPC Nationals Heidi pulled off Jen's
choreographed routine after spending only 1 day working with Olympia
Champion. Heidi learned her routine 3 months prior to the show.
Heidi not only won her class but took the OVERALL title and is
the current National Champ in the NPC. If you are looking to take
the next step contact JEN at jenhenfit2000@aol.com
. We welcome the newest IFBB Pro, Heidi Fletcher to the stage.
You and Jen make a great team.

WOOOO-HOOO! What else can I say other than YOU ROCK! You did an
amazing job at choreographing a routine that fit me to a “T”!
My routine was so “me”, and then added with a little
bit of that Hendershott flair it gave me just what I ! needed
to put me at the top!
I had a blast with you learning it, and appreciate the time and
attention that you put into all of the details leading up to our
session. For your collaboration with me on my costume, to music
ideas, and listening to my likes and dislikes, as well as being
totally up front about what would work and what wouldn’t.
Thank you for not only your amazing choreography, but also all
the follow-up, including all the calls and words of support and
encouragement when I needed it the most. You are a true professional
and inspiration. Thank you for helping me to accomplish such a
tremendous goal!

What show/shows you did the routine choreographed by Jen at/What
place did you get: OCB Central Atlantic States Ms. Fitness
- 2nd place - This qualified me for Nationals in Las Vegas, however
I did not place (They indicated I was too ripped and that their
expectations were "reasonable" body fat. They also did
not like that I took my clothes off during the routine - Go Figure!
I did, however, get chosen for a commercial break so maybe I will
be on FoxSports Network next year once it is produced - Ms. Fitness
2006), I also competed in SNBF FAME Nationals where I placed fourth.
A testimonial about your experience working with Jen: I knew from
the minute that I met Jen I would enjoy working with her. She
is very down to earth and has a great spirit. She has become my
motivation and an inspiration. I have a picture of her receiving
her award from Arnold posted to my computer screen at work. Not
only is she one of the best in the industry, but she is also one
of the most gracious. I wish her the best of luck at the Olympia
which I will be attending to cheer her on. GO JEN!!!!

Working with Jen Hendershott was
an experience that I will never forget! It proved to be invaluable
in more ways than one. Not only did I polish off my fitness routine,
Jen also introduced me to Jim Lorimer (promoter of the Arnold
Classic). This introduction led to my invite to the 2002 Arnold
Classic! Thank you Jen!

Being able to work with you was the most inspiring. I was able
to feel the energy and strength that you have in your routines,
which is the difference between a good routine and a great routine.
So for me, it wasn't only the wonderful choreography that made
my first routine a success, but the inspiration that came from
working with you.

Jen did all my shows!!! from 1997 to 2002. I ended up getting
my pro card and competing in the IFBB.
When I decided to compete in fitness, I had no routine experience
what-so-ever and Hendershott took me all the way. We started with
the basics and expanded from there. She did not just put a routine
together, she did it all!! From helping me pick my music, designing
my costumes, and coming up with kick ass routines, checking on
me before/during/and after the show. She is a one in a million!
I could not have done it without her.

Working with Jen Hendershott was a very positive experience that
not only helped me to improve my contest placings but also provided
me with expert perspective to help me further my goals within
the fitness industry. Jen was very professional, organized, and
fun to work with!!! She helped me create a routine that fit my
skill level and personality, but with her expertise and Jen "flair."
My placing in the routine round (in national level shows) went
from 9th to 4th, and I will incorporate more of her advice in
order to continue this improvement!! Jen is always helpful with
comments, suggestions, and advice through her e-mail following
the choreography of a routine. I highly recommend working with
her if you want to perform a routine that will rock the house!

Jen was the first person who taught me about competingin fitness.
Her contributions to my life have been
invaluable. In addition to her great advice on training, diet
and most importantly life, Jen was instrumental in helping me
with my fitness routine. Every Monday, Jen would meet me at the
gym and we would work on our skills, choreography and tumbling.
At thirty years old I was scared to jump back into gymnastics.
Without her, I wouldn't have been able to relearn my rusty gymnastics
skills. I was also
privileged enough to watch her train her routine. I learned so
much just from watching her perform in person.
In fact, her help enabled me to win the fitness round at this
year's Junior USA's in Charleston, South Carolina. I received
many compliments from other competitors on my routine, its originality
and my performance. I simply told them, I learned from THE BEST!!!
